We are pleased to announce that the international insurance broker Willis, a division of WTW AG, will merge its activities with Walker Risk Solution as of 1 January 2026.

By combining their activities in the area of Financial, Executive and Professional Risk (FINEX), the two companies are strengthening their presence in the Swiss market for risk consulting and insurance services for financial institutions.

As part of Willis, Walker Risk Solution clients benefit from a wide range of services, including international network services and direct access to Lloyd's of London. Willis' efficient processes enable it to continue serving start-ups and smaller companies.
